Kasikorn Asset Management Co., Ltd. (the Management Company) would like to inform unitholders that the Management Company has obtained approval from the Securities and Exchange Commission to amend the fund projects of the following 4 funds:
1. K 70:30 Thailand ESG Extra Fund (K-70ThaiESGX)
2. K High Dividend Stock Thailand ESG Extra Fund (K-HDThaiESGX)
3. K ESG Balanced 30 Fund (K-BL30)
4. K Target Net Zero Thai Equity Fund (K-TNZ)
The key amendments to the fund projects are summarized as follows:
1. To add S&P Global Inc. ("S&P Global") as an internationally recognized sustainability assessment provider and revise other related details accordingly.
Funds amended: All funds
2. To include expenses incurred in engaging an internationally recognized sustainability assessment provider.
Funds amended: K-BL30 and K-TNZ
3. To include fees and expenses related to investments in investment tokens.
Fund amended: K-TNZ
The above amendments will be effective from 1 December 2026 onwards. If unitholders would like to redeem the investment units, the Management Company will waive the back-end fee during the period from 29 September 2026 to 30 November 2026.
